The customer service my mom, sister and I received while shopping there a couple weeks exceeded our expectations. The store clerk went above and beyond and even kept the store open after hours to help us. She was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Everyone who works here gives you a personalized shopping experience. Able to Rent a pillow, no more neck pain so I went back and they traded in the rental for new. Able to try a pillow out for 7 days!
