Excellent customer service. Let me start by saying Laura and Peter are wonderful to work with. They are both very knowledgeable regarding the products they carry. I stopped in to try out some office chairs after the last two I had from Staples and Office Max did not work out. I decided to see what they had that might work to help ease my back issues since I sit behind my desk for 8-10 hours a day.
