Always Great!! Sorry this has taken so long, but I promised Laura that I would write something about how AWESOME my "weight blanket" is... I was in the store to make another purchase while also trying out the awesome massage chairs and Laura placed the blanket on me... I immediately felt the comfort of the weight and literally just wanted to curl up and fall asleep!!! Relax the Back has the best customer service anywhere. I have a wonderful chair and accessories that have made a huge difference in my life. My family and friends have also chairs and accessories which have enhanced their life. They also have wonderful floor mats which help support the back.
