Corporate should have more knowledge on all electrical parts and diagrams of all products. The throw it on the store which is not correct since they handle choice of the products you sell. Luckily I have enough knowledge to discuss parts needed to repair my chair. I only need a person to install which I could have done except for age and bad back. You have been good and like your store but corporate should be more helpful rather than throw it all on you.
