Two Great guys delivered our massage chair today from Relax the Back, Juan and Ron. Both were very professional and super friendly, very neat and also quite knowledgeable about the product and company. I don't know what they're getting paid now but they deserve a raise in my opinion, whatever it is as they make Relax the Back look good. Anyway thanks guys, well done.

Very helpful staff. Jury still out if the Tempurpedic Contour Elite is too firm for me....felt good in the store. I'm afraid if I change it for a softer one, such as Rhapsody, it'll be too soft, then what?
