My experience was outstanding. My sales representative, Benedict was knowledgable, low pressure, thorough and great to talk with. He built great reaper from the start. The two gentlemen that delivered my chair were terrific as well. Tyree and Steven knew their stuff. Then answered a bunch of questions, set me up in no time, were neat and they were the perfect cap to a great shopping and delivery experience. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied.

I was looking for a pillow that would "do the job" supporting my neck comfortably and yet softly. Mitch, the manager, set me up with a threesome of pillows and only a few observations and a place to relax and snuggle up with them. The store manager Mitch was positively 1st class. He was very patient, informative and helpful but not salesman pushy at all. I have had my Tempurpedic Contour Elite Breeze and Ergo base for a week and awake with no back pain. This is my second tempurpedic mattress, my first was the original 16 years old!!!! Thank you Mitch for being dedicated to customer care!!!!
