Mitch Cohen is a superb salesman. He greeted us warmly and did such a great job helping us with our chair selection. He has broad product knowledge,and he had "presence" but it was never annoying. He knows how to "follow" the customer and help them meet their desires and needs and in so doing he earns the the customer's loyalty and gets the sale.
