Excellent saleswoman at the PGA store she is a professional and followed up several times to get it right however the extra charge for whiteglove delivery was a disaster, first of all there are NO white gloves in fact no gloves at all, delivery guy dressed in dirty shorts and walks in with muddy shoes and won't take them off even after i asked is that mud? then as he is assembling the chair he is dripping his sweat onto my brand new "premium" leather recliner, ugh i was disgusted with the delivery, sales woman vanessa should... read more

After returning a mattress during their 90 night free trial period, I have been charged $350 for charges that were not disclosed on the receipt. Additionally when I purchased the mattress I asked the salesperson if there would be any portion of my payment that would not be refunded if I decided to return the mattress. I was told "absolutely not". The corporate office tells me that this is a franchise and there is nothing they can do. The receipt for your purchase clearly states on the bottom that delivery fees and adjustable bed bases are not refundable. Our sales rep Vanessa emailed you twice with the receipt copy and again clarifying the policy. The salesman Benedict did a great job but the manager's attitude has turned me away for going back to that store. Also it took three months to settle an issue with an existing product and the issue was never resolved. Not a former happy customer.

This was my last visit to Relax the back. Manager of the store I was in should be in another line of work. The salesman, Benedict did a great job but was not supported by his manager. So many other options out there, don't need the frustration of shopping at Relax the back.

Great customer service. The sales lady who worked with me was very kind and passionate about me finding the right pillow. However you have a no return policy, and you really don’t know if you like a pillow until you use if for a week or so. I could not get used to mine so I’m stuck with it and therefore cannot give you all a great review.
