We just purchased a Tempur-Pedic bed and frame from Benedict and I have to say it was the best experience that my husband and I have ever had with customer service. Benedict was so helpful, kind, patient and was a wealth of knowledge whilst we made our decision. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him and this store. Great place. Store manager Mitch was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I was looking for a gift, and was going back and forth between 3 chairs. Mitch explained to me the benefits of each chair and helped me pick the perfect one. He also explained how to adjust it properly, answered all my questions, and was very patient and kind.
