Above and Beyond Customer Service! I needed a pillow case replacement for my wedge pillow. There was nothing on line but when I called the store they had one. I’m a little under the weather so asked Ron if he could hold it for a couple of days. That man offered to Drive It To My House!! It didn’t take much arm twisting for me to say Yes. That is some Old School customer service and I’m here for it! Thanks Ron and Relax the Back!

fantastic buying experience. With the store busy, I was able to by a Gravitas chair in about 15 minutes and five more of the delivery. The delivery service was the best-in and set up then out in about 20. Thank you Ron. I am happy to recommend.

This place is great! The showroom is not that big, but It’s Relax The Back, so it has the products you’re going there for, but what makes this place truly special is Ron, the manager. He goes above and beyond and offers a level of friendly customer service that you’d expect only from a small town vendor on main street that you’ve know your whole life. Leaps and bounds over any level of service and support that you’d expect from a chain store on Ventura! I’ll be a customer for life, as long as Ron’s there, at least!

Exceptional service!!! Ron, the store manager, found a replacement in their back stock for one of my leather desk chair armrests where the leather had cracked from normal usage over time. He was super nice and accommodating!

Great service! I had a broken part on an older chair and the manufacturer wouldn’t replace it without charging me a ridiculous price. Ron at the Studio City store found it in the back and gave it to me. He’s a great guy!

Wouldn’t you know it my old chair broke right at the beginning of the pandemic. Relax the Back was very responsive even though they had their own turmoil in closing stores to deal with. They were fabulous !
