Disappointing. Relax the Back has an exclusive license to sell a certain model of high back office chair in the USA. The Canadian manufacturer offered a 25% discount, but that model could only be purchased through a RTB franchise. The clerk was very kind, wrote up the ticket price matching the discount, choosing colors, etc. but was then vetoed after the fact by store owner who did not wish to honor the price match. Poor management to not stand behind your employees and a big waste of my time.

Recently, I have had a back surgery, I was looking for an office chair. My wife and I drove today to the store at Studio City. The store was locked probably due to the COVID virus. My wife knocked on the door, as the note on the door suggested. After a minute a woman came to the door, she unlocked the door, opened the door halfway, and then she closed the door in our faces. After several days, our return was accepted.

I will never do business here again. My husband was told if he returned the item within 24 hours of Christmas, even though the receipt indicated 30 days for return, he could get a refund. The day after Christmas he made the trip to the store and the returned was denied. The item was not used and in perfect condition.

The manager was a challenge to get along with, she was kind of offputting the way she spoke to my friend. I also do not like to be spoken over when I'm trying to learn about the products. She really needs to learn that the customer is always right and needs to understand if somebody's coming to relax the back it's because her back hurts and she needs to be more sensitive to this.

The sales process was fine, but when the sit-to-stand desks were installed, they sent out-sourced installers who had no idea how to install the units. It took way too long to get them installed, and someone else had to come out and fix the initial installation. Very disappointed with the installation process.
