Tanya Crutchfield, exhibits excellent customer service, demonstrates superb merchandise knowledge, keen understanding of customer needs and wants. “Amazon.com” should be fearful of “Brick and Mordor Stores” that have sales representatives like Tanya, there is only so much information a screen on a device can tell you. The Studio City “Relax the Back Store” location is very lucky to have Tanya as member of the organization, and that is why I always make my “Relax the Back” purchases are the Studio City store location.

Great experience overall! Slight problem: when the recliner was delivered the reticulating headrest was not checked and was so tight that it could not be adjusted. After I complained about this, the delivery crew came back and had to remove the backrest, remove its leather cover, and cut into the foam so they could get to the joint and loosen it. They reassembled it and now it works just fine! It was a small problem but it should have been checked at delivery time to avoid the problem. Now all is perfect and I love the recl... read more
