Staff was very helpful. The chair I sampled in the store had a cord connected control and chair mounted one but the chair that was delivered only had the cord wired control. When in the full zero gravity position I cannot reach the controller if I left it on the storage hook. It kind of takes away the good the chair did when you have to contort to get the controller to sit upright.

Cheryl at the La Jolla location is THE BEST! She knows so much about the different chairs and was very helpful in showing me the different options while I melted into each one. Her follow through after I purchased the chair was wonderful. “oh no! I need a different one!” They were very accomodating when I found that the QI SE wasn’t tall enough for my 6’5” partner and I needed to exchange it for the latest and amazing human touch chair (She had recommended this one in the first place)...
