I went there for the second time yesterday ready to buy a chair. I was hoping the same lady was not there. She was. I was the only one in the store. Her energy was so rude and she said to me to me after testing a few chairs that I needed to stop. She joked that I owed her a coffee because she usually doesn’t let people stay that long. I immediately left, had a word with her about how rude her customer service was. I got there at 5:50 (10 min before closing time) As I was walking up to the door a woman was walking towards the door with a chain in her hand to look up. She never made eye contact with me, just rushed to the door as fast as she could to lock up. She locked up and still no eye contact. I went across the street to Mattress Firm where I was welcomed in and received outstanding customer service. I ended up spending $5,600.00 and walked out of there at 6:15 pm. The person who helped me was great but I regret that I made the purchases at your store given your no return policy. Given that people can return clothes, I don't understand why a knee pillow & a back rest aren't returnable especially given how expensive they were. The knee pillow was worthless - didn't stay on well, was hot & had a strong smell. The back rest feels awkward & was also expensive but I'm making do with it (threw out the knee pillow).
