Great Customer Service. I spent a lot of time in the store checking out recliners and mattress because of a back problem. I went two different times before I bought my new recliner. Sales person was very patient with me answered numerous questions I asked because I had to make sure I was getting exactly what would work best for me. It was a special order and I received several weeks early. I will definitely go back for other items I have my eye on!
