My partner and I visited this store last week to look at the tempur pedic mattresses. Neal spent a lot of time with us and gave us no reason to shop elsewhere. Now we just need to save up for one of their beautiful massage chairs!

The store is great! But the reason I'm leaving a review is 100% because of Chuck, hands down one of, if not the, best salesperson I, a 60 year-old, have ever had the extreme pleasure and fortunate to have met. My wife and I went into relax the back to look for some new pillows. We ended up with a new tempurpedic bed instead and the pillows were comped! Our salesperson was Neil and he was a pleasure to deal with.

Cheryl is the best! Super compassionate & amazingly helpful AND PATIENT! ;) I bought a chair that sadly didn't work out & got a full refund minus the delivery charges. The delivery gentleman is incredibly polite & thoughtful, he wore booties & a mask & was on time. I will be doing business here again for sure!
