Patrick, Please give Natalie a well deserved pat on the back for me. I stopped into the store looking for an x2 task chair. I was greatred when I walked in the door. Natalie answered my questions and assisted with the chair. Unfortunately I am so long in the torso that the chair will not work and I saw nothing else that looked like it had the adjustments of the x2. Started from suggestion of Select physical therapist, Kipple to look into the loaner pillow program. I arrived at store with a very friendly and competent salesman, he took time and patience to understand my needs and expectations. Although I was not happy with the results of my sleep comfort, I returned the pillow. Evan listened to my issues and made a suggestion. Such a pleasant experience overall!!! Both went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you for your attentiveness!

I purchased a massage chair for a surprise gift for my wife's 40th bday. I was handled with care and they did their best to accommodate a surprise delivery on her birthday - so good! The installers were patient and, with great attitudes, put together the unit after taking a short hike behind the house to get it in our master bedroom! I appreciate great customer service and knowing I am being taken care of.
