Took a ten year old desk chair in for repair. Natalie helped me. There in lies the difference. Natalie took the time to listen, made suggestion and resolved the issues. She also kept me up to date on the status of my chair during the entire process.

Right before Covid19 shut things down I had indulged myself so I could work more comfortably at home. At that time the most I worked from home was 1 or 2 days per week. Then everything changed and I work from home 5 days a week, minimum 8 hours per day but often working 10 hour days. I am so glad I "indulged" myself. I would probably be crippled by now if I did not have a good chair to use while working at the computer from home. It was expensive (for me) but this has been a real blessing!
