Hugo at your Menlo Park store was very informative, helpful, polite and particularly knowledgeable. He made me feel as though he was listening to my questions and was able to walk me through the processes from ordering of add-ons to warranty information. I'll definitely be heading back to that location and look forward to seeing Hugo again.
