Hugo at your Menlo Park store was very informative, helpful, polite and particularly knowledgeable. He made me feel as though he was listening to my questions and was able to walk me through the processes from ordering of add-ons to warranty information. I'll definitely be heading back to that location and look forward to seeing Hugo again.

Hugo Garcia did a very good job showing me the various options available for a desk chair. I have specific issues like low back and neck problems. He took his time to explain and outlined the characteristics of various chairs. I did purchase a chair and foot rest. I would recommend Relax the Back and Hugo specifically.
