We purchased the Laevo Zero Gravity Chair with Lift Assist and are extremely pleased with the chair. My husband is 90 years old, and it has all the features to make him comfortable. Cody our salesperson, was AMAZING. We needed the chair the same day as my husband was being discharged from the hospital. He set up the delivery to Half Moon Bay from Menlo Park the same day! Cody personally delivered the backup battery the following day. Wonderful customer service. We are very happy with the service and the chair.

We can only give high praises for Relax the Back, the clean store with all their lounge chairs on display, the people working there, Hugo and Cody, extremely friendly and helpful, and the products we purchased, two beautiful lounge chairs in gorgeous leather. Just don't wait too long before paying a visit to their Menlo Park store. And, before I forget, the white glove delivery was punctual with a friendly deliverer that installed the chairs to perfection. Five STARS
