The buying experience was excellent. We walked in to look at a new desk chair for my wife. She has been experiencing some back and leg pain and her current chair was too large and exacerbated her discomfort especially getting out of the chair. We were welcomed and talked about our needs and Cathy sat in one chair and couldn't believe how comfortable it was.. we sampled others, asked lots of questions which were answered well and she picked a version of the first chair she sat in and voila... our salesperson got a new one out... read more
Cody in the Menlo Park store was exceptionally patient and helpful. He answered all of our questions. We had not entered the store planning on making a purchase, in favor of checking out alternatives and prices. But Cody was so helpful and deserving of whatever benefits come his way him for making a big sale (e.g., commission or well-deserved pay raise), we decided to go ahead and make the nearly $4k purchase right there.
