I ordered a custom-made leather office chair and was 100% pleased with the exceptional service provided by the Menlo Park store employee, Cody. After submitting my order, he advised me that the chair would arrive in 4-8 weeks. It arrived in 4, just as promised. The store assembled the chair for me to ensure it worked properly. The buying experience was excellent. We walked in to look at a new desk chair for my wife. She has been experiencing some back and leg pain and her current chair was too large and exacerbated her discomfort especially getting out of the chair. We were welcomed and talked about our needs and Cathy sat in one chair and couldn't believe how comfortable it was.. we sampled others, asked lots of questions which were answered well and she picked a version of the first chair she sat in and voila... our salesperson got a new one out... read more
Cody in the Menlo Park store was exceptionally patient and helpful. He answered all of our questions. We had not entered the store planning on making a purchase, in favor of checking out alternatives and prices.
