It was amazing! They even stayed well after closing so I could get my car. They messed up on my paperwork and gave me a discount. Worked great within my budget. And let me sale my car and didnt pester me with a trade in. The call back was awesome. I'll recommend chris and Reliable.

Tranny went out on a 2018 Silverado with 88,900 on it. I bought it in JAN 2019 new. 4 yrs and the tranny went out. I complained to GM and they kicked in some. They worked with Reliable and I had a way better repair bill. It never should have went out in the first place but Reliable did a great job of getting me back on the road. I was very happy with the work Reliable did. Not sure about about GM though. Prollly my last one

The service was great. Nice people all work there.
Went for tire rotation and oil change was told needed alignment told couple hours shuttle took me home at 10am at 2 pm I called Sarah was in a meeting she called at 244pm car was just ready did I need picked up she was told I had things to do and my whole day was ruined the shuttle got here 445 passed my husband on his way home from worked had to squeeze everything into Thurs leav early Friday for trip and what happens the car pulls left all the way called Austin set appoint for Tues morning to realign got there 930am ready ... read more
