Even when there were problems with getting the parts to do the service needed, my rep was very helpful and expedited the process. I was very satisfied with the service given.

They took very good care of me
Its extremely hard to talk to anybody in the service department. Once you finally get a person to talk to they have to go look for somebody else and then they never call you back. I had my oil changed and the coding reapplied to the outside of the car. When I picked it up, they were rack marks all over the car and I was told I could either bring it back in or wipe them off myself. I was a little disappointed in the way it looked. I took it to the car wash and gave it a hot wax, and that improved the look of it immensely.

The service was outstanding and very professional , i would recommend vehicle repair at reliable Chevrolet .
OK except the price to find and cleanup a dead mouse in the H/A system. $310 seems unreasonable. In the future, unless it is a service under warranty, I will take the Malibu elsewhere.
