Jack Spencer was is great. Most of the team there has been great. Typical hidden things that aren't told to you upfront. However I am sure every single dealership is the same. Like how your getting special coverage for door dings and new key fob replacement etc. Well what they don't tell you is that it's optional and will be added to your loan. So needless to say I was pretty mad when I saw that my loan statement was almost $9,000 more then what I should have been paying. Overall very helpful.
