David Piazza was great to work with, I had an appointment on Saturday that unfortunately I couldn't make. I found the truck online through Sam's auto club and scheduled an appoint with Tierra to view/test drive the vehicle a week later. Tierra is very personable and knowledgeable. She kept in touch, provided me with everything I asked her for in a timely manner without bugging us continually. She wasn't aggressive or pushy, two things that would have turned us off and away immediately. She is an outstanding salesperson, and I would highly recommend her.
