Reliable Chevy, Aaron and Chris, were very honest and straight forward with everything involving the truck. They fixed the one thing known to be wrong with the truck and gave me a good deal on it. Nick got the car seen quickly, provided good communications. Two recalls and several normal maintenance activities done quickly. One recall was on 'shift to park' warning. The recall 'fix' is apparently replacing and programming the park assist control module. However the problem is persisting. Online research suggests a faulty park sensor - which is something Chevy should be aware of.
We were in and out pretty quick. We honestly did not expect to drive off in a new car, but he made it possible! We feel confident with our decision thanks to the transparency and strong communication. This is our second purchase here and we WILL continue to come back.
