We heard great things about Reliable Lexus and that turned out to be true! Ken Olson was attentive to our needs and Mark knows his stuff! He was a competent tech advisor who could relay the information in terms we could understand! Give him a raise!!! Both Ken and him were very adequate!

Excellent experience! 5 stars all around! Kery was very friendly and efficient! I also learned many many things from both Kery and Mark! Mark made it easy and gave it no pressure when teaching every tech feature! I would recommend them to anybody! The whole process was smooth and easy. Thanks!
