Within the last several days I received my Mazda CX-9 back from Reliable Mazda. It had been in their Service Department for over 90 days. We had to take my vehicle to a certified Mazda Dealer because the vehicle was still under warranty, and there are not any other dealers close to our location. From the time we drooped the vehicle off to the time we received it back was a total disaster. Scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation for yesterday. pulled into the Mazda service drive. I was told I needed to take it to Subaru because of a shortage of Service advisors at Mazda. After waiting an hour and a half, I went to go look for my car. It had been finished for a while but no one came to get me in the waiting room.
