Renee was great and always answered questions and explained everything to me. She was quick to return phone calls and worked very hard to get everything done for me. We had some problems from the sellers getting documents to us for closing, but she stayed on top of it and kept me updated all the time.
Renee was great to work with. She had us cleared to close in 21 days. She kept me informed of the process and even had fewer fees for closing. I definitely recommend using her for your mortgage.
We cannot say enough great things about Renee. She is very diligent and thorough with every step of the home loan process. Renee was professional when answering any and ALL questions we had as first-time home buyers even if we felt the answer should be obvious. She made sure to help us with an ideal closing date so we would not overlap with our rental lease agreement that we had one more month on, which made our move and rent to mortgage payment transition very smooth.
Renee is a professional. She stayed on top of my paperwork made sure I knew the moment I had something to sign or send. She made the whole process a cake walk!! She is an absolute asset!!
