Renée Henderson was extremely knowledgeable in helping secure the financing that I needed for my home purchase. Not only was she helpful, she was always available to answer any questions I had, regardless of the time in which I called and trust me I called a lot. I would absolutely recommend her services to all of my friends and family. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Working with Renee was more like dealing with an old friend than a mortgage professional. I know that for me, not feeling like I'm just another account was probably one of the most enjoyable parts of the whole home buying process. Renee never once hesitated to answer any of my questions and really held my hand throughout the entire thing! I felt that she wanted the best for my family and I the entire time, and for these reasons I can never thank her enough! You have to use Renee! You WILL NOT be disappointed!!

Renee is the best, very helpful, and easy to talk to. For a first time home buyer I'm very glad I was in such good helping hands. I stringly recommend Renee, especially if buying a Royal Oaks home.

I have used Renee for three different home loans/refinancing. Each and every time it was the smoothest part of the home buying process. Renee's attention to detail, and fast response time are above reproach. Even my realtor, who has over 30 years in the home buying business, including work as a general contractor, stated that he has never worked with a lender who produced such quality results, so quickly. If the need ever arose to either refinance or purchase another home, I would absolutely use Renee again.

I was a new home buy with no experience with the process. Renee not only kept me well informed on the process and daily status of where I was at with it all, she even suggested different agencies that really took care of my family and I. We were able to close Extremely quick and I never had to call her.. she always called me with new information! THANKS RENEE!

Renee did an outstanding job of delivering her company's mortgage services in a timely manner. Even though I started a little late, she helped me get back on track and get my new home closed w/o incident. She provides clear direction w/o drowning the buyer in jargon. I certainly recommend her to others!
