Renee is amazing! We ended up switching to Renee 2 weeks before our closing date and she managed to finish our loan in a COUPLE of days. I kid you not!!! She even helped me before we decided to switch lenders. I am SO happy we switched to her. My husband and I purchased our first home stress-free because of her!

Renee is the most reliable loan officer we've ever worked with, and here in Fort Bragg, we've been referred to quite a few. She is very knowledgeable about the market and helped us tremendously with our credit issues. Renee is awesome! She was highly recommended my real estate agent since I was looking for a local finance company. From the first conversation, I was impressed with her knowledge of the market & rates. She was always on call no matter what! I never met her in person (sad face) but it felt like I know her for a life time. The process was very easy & little stress as possible. Highly recommend! !Home owner !!

From the very beginning Renee was on point with her knowledge and expertise. We loved working with her and she always got back with us in a timely manner when a message was left. I cannot speak enough great things about her when our first home we looked at did not work out and we found another she did everything she could for us to be within the timeframe needed for us to move into our home. Renee was stellar with her responsiveness. I always felt informed and educated with every conversation. I don't believe there was a time that her responses took longer than 12 hours but were usually within an hour. If she had not heard from you for a while she would call, "just checking in". I truly believe she was always looking out for our best interest. Renee and her team are outstanding.
