Renee was a dream come true and we could not have moved into our home as fast a we did without her! She went above and beyond the call of duty and helped us during every stage of our build process. As our closing date arrived, we were in daily communication to ensure that there would not be a problem at the signing. I am an active duty service member and first time home buyer. Renee Henderson is amazing. She treats you as if you are family and looks out for your better interests always. Renee is very professional and responds immediately to any messages or questions you may have. My wife and I were buying our first home so everything was very new to us and Renee made sure we understood the process and was very imformative. I will definitely use Renee again and I will refer anyone I know that is looking to buy a home to her.

Renee was great throughout my first home buying experience! She guided me through every step of the process; from gathering documentation at the beginning, signatures along the way, and setting up the allotments for payment at the end. She was extremely prompt in her replies - usually only minutes later! I would absolutely recommend her (and already have - twice)!

Renee was the only reason I did not fall apart during my first time home buying experience. She maintained contact with me daily and updated me on all progress; before I even officially began the process, Renee had supplied me with a list of things that I would need to get the ball rolling if I went through with applying for the loan.
