As a first time homebuyer, I was somewhat overwhelmed with the process. Renee always took the time to explain every procedure as we went through the process. Being military my husband and I have purchased and financed at least 8 homes. Never in all that time have I had a mortgage professional as knowledgeable and professional as Renee. She responded to our questions, emails and phone calls promptly and when she told us she would take care of something, she always did. She even worked during the Labor Day weekend for us when we had a problem come up. I would recommend Renee to anyone, anytime and would not hesitate to use her services again should the need arise!

I relocated my family from Georgia to North Carolina and was put in touch with Renee through my realtor. She was nothing short of amazing. Extremely responsive, so easy to talk to and took her time to feel out the needs of her customer. I would recommend her to anyone. She coached us as to the right time to lock in our rates as well as gave us guidance on improving our already great credit rating. This is my 3rd house that I have purchased and Renee made the transition for my family seamless.

Handle everything with our mortgage with ease and confidents. Couldn't ask for a better person to work with. If we had a question she was there. Never did I have to wait on an answer. She was on top of everything. She explained everything that was going to happen in detail. It was the easiest loan process we have ever went through.
