Today, Victor and Jerry came to install my new sliding doors. I already greatly appreciate Renewal By Anderson, but these two young men were wonderful representatives of that company. They showed up a little bit early, showed me the doors they were installing to make sure they were correct, and immediately got to work. I would highly recommend going thru Dixieline (on Rosecrans in PT Loma). You can get Anderson, Pella and many other brands for less $ and Dixieline provides excellent installers who are responsible and efficient. This is what we did rather use Renewal Anderson because our neighbor used them and had some issues.

Wildly expensive. Quote was 34k for 3 mid size windows, 1 tiny bathroom window and 1 sliding glass door. If I wanted the non sound proof non laminated glass version it would have been 26k. Sales rep was nice and not pushy and windows seemed like good quality but again insanely expensive.

I wanted to get an estimate to get two windows replaced. Spencer came out at exactly the prearranged time. He was so nice!! He answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel bad for bringing him out for such a small job. My customer service experience was five star!

The quality of these 5 windows we had replace was exceptional. The 2 installers were on top of their work and a pleasure to have in our home. We had a wonderful experience with Renewal by Andersen consultant, Jade. Although the price was more than we wanted to spend, we have confidence this was the right choice. Only downside...we are bombarded with emails about getting windows and specials now. Would recommend Renewal by Andersen.
