Renewal by Andersen replaced my windows and patio door in 2010. They're everything you would expect. What has surprised me is the level of service, which is outstanding. I haven't needed much, mainly tightening one hinge on a casement window. And they surprised me five years after installation by coming to check on the screens and replacing any they felt were defective (mainly due to my cat). Replaced two upstairs windows and the frames on a classic Spanish style two story stucco exterior home. Replacement necessary since wood frames had dry rot. Window and frame replacement work was completed on day scheduled. Returned following day to paint interior walls impacted by work. Painted two walls at no extra cost since touch up paint was not exactly a match. Workers kept me informed of progress and all work was done well. The new windows are better in every way. Would highly recommend this company

The entire process from start to finish has been excellent! From the first visit by the RbA sales rep to the final small fix to one of our windows, the service has been top notch! Communication was fantastic throughout the process, as was the follow-up to ensure that we were completely satisfied. We are completely satisfied with our decision to replace our windows with Renewal by Andersen. When the windows actually went in - we found the quality to greatly exceed our expectations. Our install team was led by Cristian and he really knows what he's doing and does a fantastic job at making sure everything is right - and didn't take any shortcuts but left decisions up to us to make. We had several windows replaced with Anderson product back in January 2019. Since then, we've had a couple of what I would consider normal issues with them that required a service response. This past week, one of the latch handles came off and another became loose. The service person, Gerry, arrived on time and with an upbeat, service-orientated demeanor. I needed a replacement sash since the glass was broken in mine from a golf ball! The service I got from Andersen was very efficient. The person who came out was called Fernando Villeges - he was polite, and had the job done in no time flat. He also repaired a handle on another window while he was there.

These workers were amazing. Ryan, Marco, Jonathan, Javier and Juan made and installed three heavy windows in our second story in record time. They were precise and careful and neat. They performed this task perfectly and although it looked dangerous, they did not flinch. They took no time off and left not a crumb of dust. They were wonderful!!
