I had the best experienced working with everyone involved, from my first contact with my rep Elton Hendrix to the installers Jason (didn't' get his last name) and Samuel Barrios & Cristian. I had a few really old leaky windows plus one window that needed to be reframed and brought up to code. The temperature in my house, in the coldest San Diego days, would drop to 58 degrees. RbA (Jason and Angel) removed two old, and barely working, sliding glass doors and replaced them with RbA sliding glass doors. Removal was done carefully without any damage to surrounding edges. The new RbA door installation started around mid-day and finished late afternoon. The installed doors looked and operated perfectly. The attention to detail, both on the external and internal sides, was flawless. Profession work from beginning to end. Well done guys!!

We are beyond HAPPY with our doors and windows! The service department, Zuri, Danielle, Vera and Anthony went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to me . This is a follow up from my previous 1 star review. I wrote a letter to the local business manager on August 10th. I got a phone call from the business manager on August 12th with news that my door had arrived. Got an install date of August 16th. The installers were on time and professional. The follow on painter showed up on time and completed the job. I am now a happy camper. The reason for the 4 stars is because of my bad experience with customer service.
We replaced 13 patio doors. The overall quality of the job was excellent. It was started and completed on time. The workmen were outstanding. They were professional and very tidy and careful with our house and furnishings. We're happy with the quality of the doors and their installation.
Best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Easy breezy beautiful from start to finish
