Bebe, our Install Lead for a new patio door replacing an old garage side door today was INCREDIBLE. A true craftsman that takes pride in his work and provides an outstanding finished product functioning and integrated perfectly to the building as we had wanted.
We had some patio doors and windows replaced on the South side. The heat doesn't warm up the inside as much anymore. The outside noise is much less too. We're hoping that the rooms will stay warmer in the winter too.
They were great about updating me and communication quickly. Their installers were quick and worked together to get my windows and sliding door installed. It was all done and cleaned up in hours.
This was my first renovation and all the guys working there made it a breeze. The installers, Anthony and Carlos, were very professional, and were upfront in updates for my project when there were some unexpected issues. They were speedy to submit a replacement screen when it turned out a faulty screen was delivered. They really did make everything easy for me!
To say that my experience with Renewal By Anderson has been phenomenal at literally every stage of the process would be an understatement. My wife and I did our research and had several window replacement companies over to our home to give their pitch, present their options, and provide their estimates. We were able to get a hold of someone in the service department and they sent out another person to the drywall and paint under our window and bring us the missing part.
Great product! Attention to detail installation, FAIL! It has been 4 months and initial installation mistake still not resolved. Initial installers came without foot locks for sliders. And one of the sliders couldn't be locked at handle.
The crew team Toby, Hunter, Joe did a perfect job replacing our old windows and doors. Toby gave us a final walkthrough, making sure every screens, tracks, locks etc were well installed, and the painting work is scheduled. They were very professional and knowledgable and answer all questions we had. The quality of all windows and doors are excellent. We can't recommend highly enough
I am upgrading my review as Renewal by Anderson of the Greater San Diego région, stood by their contract and no longer uses sub-contractors to install their windows. They had their own well-trained employees remove my windows and completely re-do the drywall that was put in by the sub-contractors. It held up well during the rainy season. They paid for the replacement of my hardwood floors and anything else damaged by the sub-contractors. The new team knows what they are doing. Good job, guys!!!
