Jeff (salesman) answered my call outside of hours due to the time change as I live in Colorado. He spent the time to explain to me everything they had on their lot at the time and how long it would take to receive a trailer if I custom built one. In today's crazy world, I didn't want to wait and have something happen before the race season started so I went with one they had on their lot. Jeff was very easy to work with and is very responsive to texts, or calls. He answered all of my questions the first time and arranged for my trailer to get delivered to me by a third party company. 5 out of 5 stars for Jeff and the company. The trailer arrived as advertised from Jeff's photos and video he took for me, the only issue I had was a piece of slag (welded metal) was in the bottom left door frame that I had to file down with a metal file otherwise the side door would catch when opening the door. Some people may have freaked out about this or called for a warranty claim but this in my opinion was miniscule. So far so good on everything else structurally. Can't beat the price and customer service I received even after the funds were exchanged. Thanks Renown Cargo Trailers and Go Dawgs and God Bless! 🇺🇲

I had the best experience with Renown Cargo. I had been looking for a trailer that fit my needs for months. Everywhere local (MS) that I looked told me that it would be upwards of 12 weeks before I could get what I wanted. When I called Renown they were so friendly, told me what they had, even went to the manufactory "Rock Solid" and took pictures of what they could get. No one else would even come close to doing that. My sales rep was Ashley and she was a complete joy to work with. It was worth the 16+ hour round trip. And to top it off, I love what they stand for. If you are in the market to a well built cargo trailer, I would recommend you hit them up.
