Excellent response to garage door malfunction - broken spring at 10 pm on a Friday night. We asked for repair assistance and received personal response early the next morning. The technician, who was excellent, arrived and completed work by lunchtime on Saturday. Well done all around! Thank you.
I was a tenant for 3 years at a property managed by RW. My duration as a tenant surpassed all of their employees, as they have a very high turnover rate. Ermeyas was probably there close to one year before he longer was! It took months for every repair because the person that would start the work order would quit, and the new person coming in had no idea what was going on. The activity manager is a nice person and cooperative. However, it's strongly suggested that the company provides a handout for the new tenants or welcomes the tenant during the first day by providing a short briefing about the house, technology, AC, mailbox, parking, etc. This will help both sides to use their time more efficiently and will avoid misunderstanding.
We worked with ROGER who is the worst stuff ever. We wanted to lease one of the property and everything was fine. We signed and paid first month lease, security deposit and app fee. I called Roger before 3 days to moving there and he told me that owner wants to sell this house and he gave up to lease it to you. I was shock because we have 3 days to find another home..
