Will charge the home owner for services such as maintenance request, but makes the maintenance process so difficult that the renter refuses to submit requests and would rather let the house fall apart than deal with the people at Renters Warehouse "Maintenance Department" DO NOT USE.
I would give them 0 star. Worst company I've had the "pleasure" to work with. I would warn anyone to RUN. Their so-called "property management" is in name ONLY. The staff is totally clueless about how to get simple things done. Be warned. I just received my security deposit, well after the 45 days, and the interest I was due was not included. The lease ( and laws)clearly state that you get interest on your security deposit and using the online calculator provided by Maryland department of housing and community development they kept over 34 dollars. Imagine how much they are getting if this is the way they do business... robbery
I used this service and it was one of my worst experience I was charged a placement fee which was way more than other standard rental charges.
My clients contacted Jon Bass about seeing a property, adding they had an agent (me) and my contact info. He told them he preferred to work directly with them which is surprising since they already told him they had an agent.
This company is a SHAM. They took my sons and his 4 roommates $45 application fees and then asked for a parent to co-sign and took that 6th fee too only to say they would only rent to 4 students. Then, as if that wasn't bad enough, when the boys agreed to reduce to 4 they then demanded they sign a two year lease knowing the roommates were all seniors and only could lease for one year.
