I was skeptical of this as a tenant but it's actually very convenient. I only had one thing that needed to be addressed by customer service, and they were very fast and friendly in resolving a minor issue.

it's okay although I disagree with having to pay an additional fee to pay the rent.

Hi Dianne! Please know that they are the industry-standard fees associated with ACH and credit/debit card payments and go to the payment processor, not RentRedi.
