First off, there should be a category between "Just ok" and "Great". That's a big leap. But at any rate the majority of the responsiveness was great. There were a couple hiccups but not from Renu directly. I enjoyed working with Renu. And she helped make the process pretty seamless. I would recommend that others request Renu as their Loan Officer when using Mutual of Omaha.
