Processor in CA must be overwhelmed with cases. Doesnt have time to read emails znd very weak to follow tjrough. He needs to be prodded. Asked for same info more than once. Communication and availability is most important to any client Whole application took much longer than I expected

Renu was great and always willing to take my calls and respond. She was very kind and patient with me and made sure I was kept in the loop. It did take a but longer than I expected but I think that was more to do with the current situation than anything. I would recommend them to others as they were very courteous and the process was fairly simple and easy to do.
