speed up time from application to closing. Seemed like it took several months from time of application thru closing. For a couple with 6 figure income and excellent credit sure seem to drag out.

The staff seemed extremely busy. To the point where some fairly important details which were made very clear in the beginning, were lost in communication and got confused along the way resulting in delays . Although these issues were remedied it added a few weeks to the underwriting process which resulted in holding up closing and therefore funding as well. The ladies I dealt with were also very, VERY busy, and sometimes hard to get a hold of but friendly.
