I would definitely... (Verified Renter) I would definitely and have recommended this apartment community to others. I have been here two and a half years and rarely needed maintenance. When I did, they have always been prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, quick, clean, helpful and very friendly. Before moving here I visited many apartment communities and can honestly say there is none better. Very well staffed and maintained with the best of people and the best of care.
I love it... (Verified Renter) I love it here. It's quiet and clean but it's getting ridiculously expensive. I have a feeling that I'll be paying over a full paycheck next time I resign and I live by myself in a one bedroom.

The apartment is... (Verified Renter) The apartment is nice, but the fixtures are an odd mix of new and old. This isn?t the newest complex, but given it?s a ?luxury? complex the apartment could use a face lift. Also, how can you claim being pet friendly and not have a dog park? The jogging trail is okay, but it doesn?t take the place of a dog park where our dogs can be off leash. The complex is nice and the staff are friendly. But I don?t know that I?d recommend given the parking situation and lack of dog park.

Beautiful community but... (Verified Renter) Beautiful community but could use a bit more upkeep especially building paint and power wash patios and balconies at least twice a year.
The service team... (Verified Renter) The service team is possibly the best feature of this complex. The are always punctual, thorough in their work, and highly professional. It makes me never want to own my own house again!!
