I would definitely... (Verified Renter) I would definitely recommend this community. I am very pleased with my apartment, leasing office personnel and maintenance. Everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. The grounds are landscaped beautifully and very well maintained. It is peaceful and my neighbors are all friendly. My husband and I enjoy living here, keep up the great job. After the hurricane Shirley went door to door to make sure everyone ok and to check if they needed anything, I thought that was outstanding.
the community is... (Verified Renter) the community is well taken care of, very clean and in good order. the technicians that handle repairs are very good at their job. the big problem i have with the aparmtnent is it is built very poorly.... you hear your neighbors above and in each of the bedrooms, you can actually hear your neighbor talking to one another and while they are on the phone. this is gross..... that is my biggest gripe. other than that its a nice community.

Although the office... (Verified Renter) Although the office and maintenance staff were great - always responsive and professional, a few traits of the property are problematic. Parking is a big issue - there is not enough (unless you pay extra). Also, I don't think the management should allow commercial vehicles to park there. It trashes up the appearance of the property and those vehicles take up too much room (overhang to other spaces). I would gladly... (Verified Renter) I would gladly rent an apartment from Reserve at Beachline. I met with Shirley Fonseca and she was amazing! She answered all of my questions without hesitation and adeptly. I am hoping the apartment style I want to rent is available when I am ready to rent. Please tell Shirley thank you for her time and her expertise. I found it extremely helpful that Shirley has been a resident at the apartment complex.
Office and maintenance... (Verified Renter) Office and maintenance staff is great. Parking is an ongoing problem. The number of box trucks and commercial vehicles has increased and tarnished the appearance of the property. Theft is an ongoing concern and the front gate has been out of order again for many days now. One of the... (Verified Renter) One of the worst situations you encounter in a apartment complex is poor to barley any maintenance, management and parking, here that is NOT the case. My experience with management has been great, the response time and courtesy of the maintenance team is great, all the areas are always very well mantained and parking for me has Never been an issue in the 7 1/2 months I've been living here. I would definitely recommend The Reserve at Beachline!
