They should include parking at the facility with the cost of the room. People staying at a hotel should not have to pay extra to park at a place they stay at with the cost of the room they already paid!
Front desk associate is wonderful
Never did clean or give us fresh sheets. Pool was not well kept - furniture was in not great shape. Staff was amazing !!
I recently stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Chandler and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that made my stay much more convenient. Hotel is beautiful, let us check in early and have a late checkout. In a super nice area, would highly recommend.
I thought I’d paid for everything up front. The staff on the property failed to notify me of a $15 per day plus tax fee for parking!!
