Front desk and maintenance crew are excellent! I liked our room, but it was not cleaned very well. Our first room was dirty, had food crumbs on the kitchen floor, a pile of clipped nails next to the sofa, and shaved hair on the bathroom floor. Disgusting. Front desk apologized and upgraded us to another room, which wasn't as bad, but had large chocolate cake crumbs scattered on the bedroom carpet. Complimentary breakfast was many times out of cutlery or dishes. Decaf coffee was often cold and not fresh
The staff was very helpful, especially the front desk lady - Deanne. She was helpful and very welcoming.
Breakfast ok. Our shower was usually hot in the morning but later in the day we would have to run the water a long time to get it warm. I said something to the desk and it was not fixed. I would catch maid service to get more toilet paper or what ever else we needed. I do not believe they entered the room during our week long stay.
Quiet, calm neighborhood
The breakfast was not very good, not what we are used to. Soggy breakfast sandwiches was the main issue.
Wow One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed. Felt like a vacation even though we were just passing through. This is what a 5 star hotel should be like. Loved it and wished we could have stayed longer.

Loved the accomodations- Suite w/ king bed.. full kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and toaster plus breakfast. Locqlated in nice, new area with a lake!!
