Over priced Over priced for a three star hotel. The free breakfast was too simple.
Front desk and maintenance crew are excellent! I liked our room, but it was not cleaned very well. Our first room was dirty, had food crumbs on the kitchen floor, a pile of clipped nails next to the sofa, and shaved hair on the bathroom floor. Disgusting. Front desk apologized and upgraded us to another room, which wasn't as bad, but had large chocolate cake crumbs scattered on the bedroom carpet. Asked to have it vacuumed, but the cleaning lady still didn't get them up. Pieces must have been too large to go into her vacuum.... read more
The staff was very helpful, especially the front desk lady - Deanne. She was helpful and very welcoming.
Breakfast ok. Our shower was usually hot in the morning but later in the day we would have to run the water a long time to get it warm. I said something to the desk and it was not fixed. I would catch maid service to get more toilet paper or what ever else we needed. I do not believe they entered the room during our week long stay.
