RecommendedFriendly, professional, quality service team. All staff are very hard working and completed the job without hesitation during a very hot and humid week. We had a flood in the basement and they removed all of the wet damaged items in no time. Removal of all our ( unfortunately) moldy items and Sheetrock within 2 days. Cleaned all walls and floor of mold. I feel we have a much safer living environment of our home now. The mold was worrisome after seeing how the flood water damaged everything. Thank you to the team!

Restoration 1 was responsive and even came to the house on a Saturday morning. We had called after 5 PM on Friday after discovering a leak and then mold in the bathroom area. Equipment arrived along with Chris on Saturday morning. Steve was the representative who coordinated the service. Chris was in charge of making sure the remediation was progressing. He gave us his cell phone number and when we had a question on Sunday morning - he was right there for us! Steve, Chris and the team are very, very customer focused.

I highly recommend restoration 1, for several reasons! Due to flooding with recent rain and extreme heat this summer our finished barn became a “greenhouse” of mold! 1. Very good job in drying out our basement after a sewage leak. The only problem was after removing the section of rug the black material under the rug created a black dust that covered the all the basement items.
After a plumbing leak bright and early on Memorial Day Jason came to my rescue. He went above and beyond, helping me move boxes out of the way as well as stripping wet drywall and cleaning up water on my new hardwood floors. He stays in communication and let’s me know what is going on and why. I am so impressed by the whole company and will recommend them to everyone.
Ian was so easy and professional to work with. He explained what he was doing thoroughly and was courteous and caring about the outcome of our situation. He was punctual and communicative. We would absolutely recommend them and use this company again!
